Going vegan or going vampire?


💜 I WAS BORN TO BE A VEGAN! 💜

Going vegan is like turning vampire. First you notice all of the energy you have. You feel like you can run a marathon or jump a building in a single bound. You feel 10 or 20 years younger. You feel like there was something missing in your life. Something you wish you would have found a long time ago. 



 Your senses are heightened. Your vision improves. Your memory improves. You start remembering things you didn't before. Your hearing improves. Even your taste buds evolve. You crave healthier food and know what your body needs to grow and thrive. Your brain is getting proper nutrients and growing new cells.







 Your emotions are heightened. You start to feel things you have never felt before. You get overly emotional and cry at the drop of a hat. This is caused by eliminating pain and suffering from your diet. Because lets be honest when you eat an animal that has been tortured and slaughtered you are eating that pain! Our gut has been nicknamed our second brain and what we eat plays a huge role in how we feel emotionally and physically. 










Your hair and nails grow faster, get healthier and stronger. Even your skin starts to glow and look more even. You are what you eat, and if you are eating beautiful nourishing foods that will shine through and you will look beautiful on the outside. If you are eating meat, dairy and eggs full of sadness, death and disease you will end up depressed and eventually dead.




 You build muscle faster and easier then before because your body is getting proper nutrition. Your immune system is no longer fighting toxins and crap being put into it. You feel stronger and look leaner.




Your sex drive improves. You want to have sex more and you are better at it. This diet helps men with erectile dysfunction. Because eating meat reduces your ability to get and maintain erections. Why you ask? Meat is full of cholesterol that clogs your arteries and reduces blood flow. This includes blood flow to the penis. Erectile dysfunction is also a sign of heart disease in the future. Yes gentlemen changing to a better diet will not only give you bigger harder erections, it will also lower risk for disease and cancer. You will also be a more compassionate educated person and attract more women as well.  




Women benefit wildly with this diet as well. They get the same benefit men do in the sex department. This diet also reduces menstrual cramping. Prostaglandins produced by endometrial cells  that form the lining of your uterus constrict the blood vessels in the lining of your uterus making its muscle layer contract. This is how horrible period cramps happen. Prostaglandins also enter the blood stream causing headaches, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Eating a low fat high fiber vegan diet will reduce the endometrial cell layer and also reduce your risk of cancer. That's right ladies you can stop having severe menstrual cramps by changing your diet. 





A vegan diet has been scientifically proven to reverse aging. This food helps you live longer. This food provides all the nutrient our body needs. This food was put on this earth for us to eat. Animal were put on this earth for carnivores to eat. Man made medicine and the slaughtering of billions of animals every year is not what nature intended. Let food be thy medicine!
